Reminders:
Boats, Trailers, RV’s Junk Cars must be in your garage or behind a fence. “No Exceptions”
Speed in the Sub-Division is 20mph !
Spring is here clean up yards, remove dead trees and shrubs, if your house needs paint please get it scheduled.
The Board of Directors are not elected to resolve your problems with the city or other neighbors, we are not in charge of any of the city departments like irrigation. If you have a problem with Irrigation, garbage collection, sewer, water or an UN co-operative neighbor please call the appropriate city of Nampa Department to resolve your issues!
With regards to the company installing fiber optic internet, we were not informed and we have nothing to do with their work. This was done through the public utilities department. I don’t like how this was done, and due to their attitudes, I will not ever have them provide service to my home no matter how fast it is. If they left a mess in your yard please call the city engineering department and lodge a complaint.
